Great location and friendly staff. I had to leave early and hotels.com not as helpful as hotel was with reunbursement. Very pleased with Aloft hotel.

Location was excellent - easy access to shopping and transport.

Staffs were very helpful.

Wonderful breakfast, perfect location for exploring Seoul.

This was my 3rd visit to Aloft. Absolutely wonderful staff and daily breakfast. When I am in Seoul, I stay here.

My housekeeper is a Legend you have no idea.

This hotel was wonderful in every way but the staff were truly exceptional - extremely helpful, gracious, friendly and lovely. The room was spacious, the mattress comfortable, daily housekeeping was meticulous, the bathroom was good sized, the shower was roomy and WiFi was excellent. The location of the hotel was also ideal for me. Subways are convenient and many sights are within walking distance. I have to close with more praise for the staff - they went above and beyond in their efforts to ensure my stay was perfect!! Thank you to the staff!!! One gentleman in particular helped me recover my phone which I accidentally left in the taxi upon arriving at the hotel. Needless to say, there were several hours of uncertainty but he worked tirelessly to help out and by midnight, my phone was returned! Only in South Korea!😊

Very convenient need more elevator

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was impressively spacious and very comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, with everything we needed close by. The facilities were well-maintained and added real value to the stay, and the personnel were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff Julie Joy and Han are very helpful and very kind!
