Was nice hotel, very close to all places but the rooms ar small and need so renovation.

Highly recommend staying here when visiting Seoul! Great location with easy access to everywhere in the city. We had the view of the temple and it was cool to see everything they do from our window.

The breakfast was really good!

Great rooms and excellent shower !!

They were very accommodating to all my needs, including synthetic pillows which werent their usual standard items but they actually went and purchased them for our stay. Thank you!!

This hotel is labeled as premium business hotel, however, it doesn’t have anything premium about it. The hotel is in desperate need for a renovation and a lot of love. The rooms are tiny. So tiny that we couldn’t even open the suitcase because it wouldn’t fit. Our experience was bad since the moment we checked in. The young lady at the reception was rude. Once we got to the room, the outlet next to the bed didn’t work. It even had sparks when we tried to use it. We had to be switched to another room due to how bad it was. The other room was equally as bad, so bad that we switched hotels the next day. The breakfast had stale bread and not as nice of a selection as other hotels we have stayed at. The photos shown are deceiving. Do not stay here.

staffs here are the best. professional, friendly & helpful.

Great location to restaurants and Shopping

Clean rooms and helpful/attentive staff

No face clothes as part of bathroom towel set. Like the body wash and hand lotion brand
