Tidy but very small room, affordable price

Very busy hotel with crazy lineups in lobby. Lobby filled with people sitting around waiting at all times. Staff are overwhelmed with tour buses guests. Lots from India and China. Photos are a lot nicer than the actual rooms, the bathroom had a tiny stand up shower with bathroom walls and floors that aren’t even cleaned properly. We had a showerhead that was broken and it took the hotel 2 days 3 reminders to finally replace it.

Big positive there is strong AC and there is a lovely outdoor swimming pool and we all enjoyed as relief from the Singapore heat and humidity. Nice City views.

About 10 minutes walk to Lavender subway station. Convenient to buses and easy walk to North Bridge Road shops.

Recommended. Spacious room, allow us to check in early. Good location.

Room is clean as expected. Wifi speed is fast. Comfort, good location.

The hotel was largely as expected. The rooms are small but I was aware of that. Noise from the corridor might bother you if you are a light sleeper. Very busy hotel so not a lot of personal attention but none was really needed. Only real issue was that they use very cheap toilet tissue dispensers. That might sound like a minor point but good quality toilet paper on a roll would be expected at the price they charge.

Location is very good. few meters from MRT station and walking distance to many attractions. There are many restaurants and stores around. Facilities are good especially the pool. The room has balcony however the room is extremely small! Our two big luggages did not fit at all. Imagine two feet space between the bed and the wall, both sides. But its still a good hotel.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and good restaurants around the Hotel. Easy to get to via MRT. Awesome pool.

Pros: Strategy location walking distance to MRT Lavender (400m) which easy to travel around the city.

Cons: soundproof in the room was terrible, the occupant who stay next door keeps moving their chairs around during midnight AND the kids running through the hallway which can be quite disturb if you needs quite place to sleep. Please consider provide earplugs for your guests .

Tips: Request City view , otherwise if your room is facing the other tower (A) youll have to shut the curtain off as theres wont be a privacy for you.

Nice staff, wish I remember he’s name, he extended our check out time so we don’t wait too long at the airport
