It was our second stay at Shilla Stay in Guro Digital Complex and it was overall a great experience. Not only were check-in flawless, but the overall helpfulness of the front desk staff were exceptional. We were given extra towels, water bottles at no extra cost, and were kindly guided for everything else. I very much appreciate the breakfast they serve here, as its an excellent value, especially if paid for in advance. With the buffet-style options, the selections are vast and well-prepared. Beds were comfy and clean, and not an issue with them. If I had to complain, its the fact that the plug in the bathroom was non-functional and the A/C wasnt as strong as it was on my first stay here (it was stuck around ~23.5C), but those are minor complaints for what was a great value overall. I would highly recommend a stay here, if you can find it for a good price.

good

Nice and clean rooms with helpful staff.

Great experience & service

Seo-Young was super helpful and gave us a late check out. Breakfast was amazing and helpful staff. Wonderful stay.

The room was so warm I was sweating, couldn’t sleep. Stayed for 8 days and I was speaking to reception and they just kept on telling me that it is centralized. The temperature inside the room was 26.5 C (80 F). If you are thinking of staying in this hotel during this season, think again. They will not accommodate. Sometimes the A/C will start cooling for an hour or two and then stopped. Didn’t happen the last few days… the room felt stuffy and I started getting nausea from the heat. Never staying here again.

Everything is very good. A mirror on table and a few pieces of wet tissue for cleaning will be perfect.

I stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for 10 days.(2/8-2/17). The flight was delayed due to an unexpected bad weather, so I arrived very late, but the staff had everything ready in advance for late check-in guests, so when I arrived, I didnt have to do anything and just went straight up to the room to relax. The size of the room was just right for two people to use, the cleaning condition was good, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. Also, I used the hotel breakfast several times during my stay, and the food condition and taste were excellent. If I travel next time, I would like to visit this place again.

Just soso..
