Massive range of choices for breakfast all cooked and displayed really nicely. The room was fantastic very big, spacious beautifully decorated and the outdoor pool areas were clean and had stunning views

My stay was absolutely fantastic. Jasmine, my Ambassador and personal representative, was exceptional, attentive, friendly, and truly made my experience feel special from start to finish. The atmosphere throughout the resort was serene, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. And the breakfast was incredible, easily one of the highlights of our stay. I would highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return in the future.

The room was stunning, servers were helpful, definitely would come back!

However, one thing I would like to mention is that there is no physical separation between the toilet and the bed (there is a "curtain" that only blocks the sight...), so you have to stay in the room with someone you are VERY intimate with that you dont mind using the toilet in front of... we certainly were a little uncomfortable with that.

It was for family trip and I am so satisfied with everything thing! Especially the breakfast was really good!

The location is absolutely stunning! The beach is like a dream and the grounds are a tropical paradise. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well-styled.
The service at the restaurants and the housekeeping were immaculate and truly commendable.
Our only complaint was with the front desk staff. It seemed that any request we made was denied. Complimentary room upgrade as part of Expedia rewards? "No".
Ask the cashier for change? "No."
Request a checkout 1 hour later? "No."
Request a taxi service to the airport? "No."
Once you have called your own taxi, hope that the front doormen will hold it for you until you make your way to the entrance? "No."
Sadly, our check out experience was so chaotic that it left us with a sour taste after an otherwise excellent stay.
The front desk of this truly lets down the rest of the hotel that is actually quite excellent. If this could be improved, it would be a truly 5-star experience.

The room is spacious and clean. Unfortunately the door lock of our room is malfunctioned, but all staff members were very helpful and sincere. Restaurants within the resort area were great and better than we expected.

The staff were outstanding!

Myself and my partner had the best stay at Naman Retreat, Da Nang. This hotel treated us like royalty. A special thank you to Evelyn for looking after us while we stayed. We wish we could stay longer and will definitely be returning! We booked a one bedroom pool villa which included a bathtub and our own private pool. The rooms are spacious and even had a sitting room area. Housekeeping were attentive. Pool bar staff are lovely, apologies I only got one name - Tinh who was always smiling and made sure our orders were correct and triple checked my allergies for pool food. There are three pools, one looks out on to a gorgeous ocean view. Two hot tubs outside and then a third indoor in the spa area with the steam room. Breakfast was great and provided a vast buffet of everything you could want! If I had any critique it would be that the Mexican restaurant was not amazing, the food was bland and lacking flavour and the same goes for the soft drinks on their menu.

Staff did not speak good English
Area adjacent to the hotel was full of trash
Dinner at the villa was excellent
Shower was not very good
phones in the hotel did not work
My bath tub didn’t have hot water
Concierge was attentive
It was expensive for the standard and comparables
Shops were excellent
Gym facility was dated and Rower was broken

Resort property is awesome. Breakfast spread could have been better. Kids club also needs some improvements. Special mention to Mr. Harry who ensured the stay was smooth and is a gem of a person!
