A slight delay at check-in, but otherwise decent. Not an experienced with high rise hotels, I was the drawback not the hotel.

The biggest issue was that we reserved and paid for a king room and got a queen. Not a huge issue, and once we realized it we didn’t feel like it was worth moving into another room for the short stay, but that was a big size downgrade in the room , having stayed in a king size room before.

When I booked my reservation with detailed fees will be be charged of $158.33, but later I received email said that pay extra of $34.42 and temporary hold $100 each day to ensure my damage to the room. This temporary hold of $100, its okay but other extra of $34.42 I am not happy. Why didnt show in the first time? So I can think its is fair and affordable. Also, they not provided toothbrush and toothpaste.

We booked a delux room with city view but we were left Extremely disappointed. Location is the only good thing about this hotel. To start with there was only hot water in the pipes, we had to turn on the water for 15 - 20 mins everytime so we could get usable water. This was in June-july with 100°F outside. I guess we wasted more than 100 liters. Not at all sustainable.
The fridge was not working. Not enough space for two people to move around at the same time. No refill of coffee. No water in the room to drink. No basic amenities provided such as toothpaste, brush, handwash etc.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days for a very high price with no basic services provided. Not recommended.

We stayed in room 1204. The carpeting on the 12th floor was old and filthy. The carpet sweepers werent working properly because even after the carpet was swept, there was debris on the carpeting. We complained to the front desk but they did very little to remedy the situation. The shower was full of mold...we finally got the staff to replace the rubber bottom of the shower door, which they acknowledged was terrible. There was very little water pressure in the sink. One day of our stay room service informed us that they would not be cleaning our room. They gave no reason why but just didnt do it.The air conditioning was impossible to control. No matter what temperature we set it to, it either was way too warm or too cold. We spoke to the staff repeatedly about these problems but there was very little they could or would do. They told us that the Hilton Garden Inn is not managed by Hilton but rather by a third party manager. Not sure what that has to do with anything. We will never stay at a Hilton Garden I
