I had a very good experience at this hotel. The gym passes and restaurant discounts, alone, significantly increased the value of the room price for me.

Place looks old and dirty , smells bad
My car recital got broke in and no follow up
I won’t stay there again

It was amazing and friendly staff

Clean and close to many restaurants and public transport. The room was tiny but clean. It was very old and loud I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking and ac was very loud but effective. Overall a good stay in a good location, it was very overpriced but a comfortable enough stay.

The heater/air conditioner sounded like and airplane lifting off and you couldnt turn it off because there was no windows that you could open for fresh air. It would have been dead dry air. There is no water pressurer for a shower.

The room and bathroom were clean , the beds were comfortable. The location is great, central to everything. The rate was affordable. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.
That being said, the noise from the street below was pretty noisy at night. We heard emergency vehicle sirens and we heard people yelling on the street in the middle of the night. Also, the discounted breakfast next-door was very substandard so we looked elsewhere. You would not stay there again, we would pay $50 or more per night to stay somewhere else.

This hotel is in an unsafe location. There is a nightclub on either side of the hotel with shared walls. The hotel offered free ear plugs to guests for the noise as the nightclubs are open until 3 am. Security had to walk us to and from our car, day or night. The staff was friendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was our first visit to Vancouver, a lovely city. We found the hotel a little dirty around the edges, especially the lobby and hallways. We recommend staying off Granville Street one or two blocks east or west, where the streets are tree-lined and lovely in ways for which Vancouver is known.

Helpful, kind staff, room was like a great little bachelor pad

Reception service was very nice
