I didn’t like that there was no thermostat in the room to manually adjust the temperature in the room. $45 for a breakfast buffet was totally unjustified

Place was clean and amazing. Swimming pool was fun and my son enjoyed playing in the sand. Would definitely recommend. Amenities wise, things perhaps could be slightly better with hotel restaurants/cafes. Wish that there was also a shortcut to RWS instead of having to walk about 7mins. Overall experience was positive and would definitely come back when able.

I would say the price doesn’t match what’s offered. Food in the Hard Rock Cafe is limited, tasteless and overpriced. Hotel needs a revamp and is tired. Bathroom had mould and we booked a room for three people and only had one bed , we were told at the front desk there was a pull out bed but there wasn’t . Over $500 a night and it’s not really worth it

- housekeeping refused to assist on basis that it is not her room to help
- bedroom slippers were dirty and requested for a change. But, this had to be complained at front desk as no one came for replacement. Front desk was kind to assist almost immediately
- tv remote controller kept malfunctioning

Staff was hospitable and room was clean. I wish there were an fully powered outlet near the bathroom mirror to power a curling iron.

Nice area, but not for nightlife. No music everyday and the shop is very boring. Looks like the hotel will close soon. HardRock Café was not available, already closed for I don’t know what. Pool bar was also closed.

Nice hotel for a family trip

Great service and staff!
The surrounding facilities were excellent!

Great property and pool. Very close to everything and good access to monorail. Brian and staff in sessions were amazing and very accommodating of dietary needs.
