The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong.

To our standards will recommend

Good

I had a fantastic time in Seoul, and this hotel was a big part of it. The service was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Its great location made exploring the city so easy. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seoul!

The facilities felt brand new and were exceptionally clean. I especially loved the spa. it was the perfect spot for a warm, relaxing soak. The check-in process was also incredibly fast and convenient. A truly pleasant and refreshing experience

Na and na

(Nice location 5 min walk from the station and the airport shuttle station it is apparently a motel or love-hotel but fine to use as a tourist hotel a big bath tub and toilet with bidet)

(A used condom was on the floor when we came it was disgusting also we asked to turn off the floor heater 3 times but the staffs did not they speak no English or less so you better have a basic Korean communication skill for dealing with troubles)

There were moths, bugs, hair from previous stays.

Place smelled of cigarettes.

Stains on the bed.

The front desk was helpful but they ended up moving us a few times because the other places were so dirty.

Good location for what we needed. Complimentary water, coffee, and beverages were very welcome in the Korean summer.

Bed was hard as a rock. Window was darkened with opaque film rather than blinds, so while dark for sleeping, it didnt allow for natural light. Bathroom lighting was extremely poor. Lots of little drain flies persistently appeared in the room, likely from plumbing from the bathroom. Lamps, side tables, and other furniture were extremely dusty.

The hotel was fine but the location on the map Expedia provides is not close. It still has the wrong location. Its about 4 miles away from there.
