The first room they gave me had a weird japanese garden area with laundry that smelled like chemicals. The gym was hidden and blocked off, which was also strange (you had to go through an Emergency Exit and up the stairs to access it). The staff were kind to switch my room to a much better room, but in this room the ceiling light broke suddenly and crashed to the ground. Room wasnt the cleanest either; felt kind of old. Great location and good price though. So there was the good and the bad.

It’s really convenient location, 2 mins walk to subway

This property has no on site laundry available and the plumbing is old and weak. It takes a long time of running the shower to get the hot water started, and the staff calls you non stop to rush you to check out. I received a call 30 minutes prior to check out and was already leaving the room when they called again right on the dot, and they claimed it was already 10 minutes after checkout. Even if it was, there should be a small grace window. Just overall not a pleasant stay experience.

Nice and helpful staff

Yes great

It is located around some shops and lots of restaurants nearby. We choose because this hotel has room with washer & dryers and stores around. It is short walking distance to public transportation and not far away from the city attractions. This hotel offers hot breakfast buffet. The staff are so friendly and I would recommend people who either travel for business or leisure with family.

Location was amazing walkable everywhere including Taipe 101 , Starbucks very close

Very clean, convenient location. Awesome hotel, definitely recommends!

Very good location close to subway, shops and restaurants.

It was quiet, the transportation was good, the room was spacious, and the staff greeted me well.
