This is an amazing hotel in the heart f the city. A pity that the dining rooms/etc were closed (apart from the Gallery) but expect that the renovated areas will be great.

The hotel position was ideal although very disappointed at the service and food at breakfast the overall stay was a pleasant one, very surprised that they have a credit card surcharge

Lovely hotel and rooms but quite outdated now and looking shabby with worn carpet in public areas and rooms in need of a revamp. Apart from that it’s still a great central hotel to stay in with large rooms and good service.

Strategic position bear buses stop and train station.

Main downside - the heating. Very draughty dining-room - the Gallery, was always cold. Heating also difficult in bedroom.

The bed was uncomfortable due to significant sagging.

We expected a little more than one ply toilet paper.

No cocktails were available at the hotel bar.

Declined room service after 2am.

No benefits (upgrades, arrival packs, drink vouchers etc etc) offered despite being a Hotels.com gold member.

Had to beg for a one hour later check out.

This hotel is my favourite when I want to have a night in the city. I have stayed several times over the years. I always book a room with access to the Sheraton club lounge. It’s a lovely view from the club lounge and delicious complimentary canapés and drinks. Awesome rooftop pool, hot spa, steam room and sauna. Perfect location for shopping in the city. Love it!
