I often use this hotel because it is very close to Central Line. It is comfortable and has an onsite restaurant. Its functional and has all the amenities for a shart stay. But its beginning to look tired, the shower is slow to heat up and, even though I upgraded to an executive room, it was very cramped. Staff are excellent though and I will probably stay again.

When we arrived I was told our room wasn’t ready and they would put us in another room. The room was extremely small the bathroom shower was 1/2 taken up by a valance you could hit your head on. The shower wouldn’t drain so you ended up standing in deep water. Floors were dirty. I had to wash the toilet seat myself it was such a mess. Not very pleased. Expensive for what we received. Note under door telling us the water would be off all day. Glad we were gone during the day.
Hotel staff were welcoming and helped out with some of our questions. Dont know if I would stay again. Good location but just not clean. Transportation was close and great little restaurant close by.

We were only a one night stay in a viceroy room but arriving very early we had asked if we could leave our bags and go off exploring ....first visit for my 7yr old grandson...however i was visibly wearing having already been on the go many hours so while we messed with bags the young lady behind reception chased up housekeeping and got our room released . I was so glad and how thoughtful ...
The room was great 2 doubles and a lovely bath n shower room and a nice view ....loved the bath loved the coffee machine . My grandson was very impressed with the ftontage and reception . He said it looked like a mary poppins house

I tried to change our room to a room with two single beds, and they said that if I wanted to change rooms they would charge me for cleaning. They also asked me if I was offered a two single bed room at Check, Which I was not. They then told me I should have asked for it, But I was not aware that I Could have requested it at Check in, as the gentleman in the front desk said our rooms where ready. A little dissapointed over the service. The rooms Where also very small and the door to the bathroom could not be closed. However, the price was good and the location is great. Good breakfast. Besides poor service and small rooms, it was a good stay due to the central location and easy access to the underground

Excellent hotel experience. Ok breakfast experience.
Clean, well managed property in GREAT location near underground (Lancaster Gate), a fun pub (right next door) and Paddington Station and many restaurants. Front desk was always available and helpful.

Hotel easy to find and close to train stations. Had a small single room right next to the elevator-was worried, had ear plugs just in case but it was a restful two nights stay. The luggage check in on the day I left allowed me to explore the city for a few more hours without having to bring my suitcase around. Friendly staff, would stay again.

I have stayed here before and the staff are incredibly helpful and professional. The rooms can vary. One of our rooms didnt seem that well cared for as there was a light that had gone out, and we discovered an infestation of ants. The staff did call house-keeping but I suspect this requires outside professionals. I am understanding as older buildings have these things happen.

Staff were great. Public areas and breakfast was fine. Room was very small and had a bad smell of drains.

Great weekend stay

Basic twin room, small but comfortable. Good value for money. Well placed for The Tube.
