Room was clean and service was great. Facilities are a bit old. Would recommend the hotel to provide bathrobes - I was surprised that a hotel rated 5 stars didnt have bathrobes in the room.

Stayed in a non-renovated room, so expected it to not be new and shiny(was offered an upgrade to renovated room for extra $40). A couple of things in the room were clearly needing replacing but overall it was fine, clean and spacious room. Pool area was clean and tidy, even thought it is in need of an update.

This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m not sure how they are allowed to promote it as such. The room I stayed in was very old and tattered, pool needs desperate renovation and check-in/check-out is painfully slow. The service is friendly and polite however. I have stayed at nicer 3 star motels.

This place is great! We checked in late at night and they gave us a upgraded room! That was very nice of them to do that. The room is very clean I do wish they had Netflix app on TV but other then that I have no issues everything is clean the pool is beautiful. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming

We had a wonderful week at the Pullman. The renovated rooms are excellent and leave little to need. The property is old but we didn’t feel it was a major issue. Staff are always happy to assist where they can. Special

No doubt a lovely hotel but check in process was painfully long and slow particularly given they already had all of my details. Also unfortunately the bed was awful and it was a long sleepless night on what felt like metal springs. With so many other options in town I wouldn’t stay here again

Booked a room for one night it’s was nice experience at Pullman
