Very speedy answer and cost effective

Very hot and the outdoor pool vas closed, otherwise fantastic service and very nice interior

The buffet breakfast caters for western, Korean, Chinese and Japanese palates and is high quality. The high tea is a fun experience in grand English antique surrrounds. Pool looks like it could use an upgrade. Single sex hot baths an unexpected bonus. Overall a luxurious stay in a convenient location.

breakfast is so nice

Excellent hotel. And I highly recommend the dinner buffet at the hotel, totally worth it

It was nice and clean in the guest room. The staffs were very kind and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. Going to COEX it was easy to take a bus No.401.

Amazing staff members and incredible breakfast!

Well kept hotel with clean room

Very nice property and a pretty good deal if you can get a promotional price. We paid around $200 per night thru hotels.com and felt it was well worth it. The location is a little out of the way, which we preferred as it was much quieter at night. It was still central enough to walk to subways and easy to grab taxis. There are some fine options for food and drinks within walking distance, but it’s worth venturing out more as transport is not expensive. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, especially the valet / bellmen. We had no issues with noise (but we did request a quiet room, so you can do that for good measure).

Very good
