Great hotel - in particularly good condition as brand new

It’s very clean and modern. Staff are nice and curious. My family enjoyed staying at the Westin Seoul Parnas.

What you would expect from a westin

It was very good i recommended this place

Rooms are very small and all the same size (other than suites). Fine for one person, but not comfortable for more than one person.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were attentive and responsible, and the hotel had an elegant atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Brand new hotel - lovely

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Seoul Parnas. I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Seoul and this place had by far the friendliest staff. All of the staff I encountered spoke English very well and were not shy to use it. I very much appreciated that. The rooms were very clean and felt new. We absolutely loved the fitness center. The breakfast buffet was one of the best had. The location is very convenient being within the COEX and walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel when visiting Seoul from now on. My only gripe is that we had a room facing the temple next door and there were mornings when the temple would ring this huge bell at 4 am. I called the front desk to inquire how often this would occur, but they said it was random and they couldnt predict it. Next time, I will request a room on the opposite side of the hotel to be as far away as possible from the temple.

The hotel was great, it was newly renovated, service was good, convenient location, but the rooms still had the new smell which was abit irritating to the nose, and the toilet wall makes sounds through the night.

Good
