Very welcoming! They texted and made sure everything was okay in my room.

Fantastic location! Rooms were spacious and clean. Even with minor renovations occurring - no access issues and space was always clean. Front desk staff and bell stand staff were exceptional. We had 7 people and 4 rooms!

Hilton member only wifi that required payment and very noisy neighbors who fought all night long and we heard everything. It just didnt feel like it was worth the price point even with the discount we got. Hopefully once the rennovations are complete it will be better.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. In New York not so good my friend was pick pocket. They used credit cards and his
id. We stopped everything we could.

We requested for microwave which was not provided and did not understand why were made to use 35$ everyday although it’s of no use

- major construction issues even though if you call into Hilton is says there is not scheduled construction - jackhammer and banging started at 7 am one morning and went on for 5 hours straight. So loud you could not hear your tv or attend meeting. It was actually outrageous.

3. 75% of outlets and usb ports in my room didn’t work.
4. You will get hit with a $35 a day destination feed
5. gym was decent
6. No toiletry kits like regular hiltons
7. Was not even given one bottle of water for stay
8. A lot of dust and dirt due to hallway construction

Room was in bad condition and smelled like marijuana smoke. The room had no remote control so the TV would not work. Lobby was under construction and very congested by the elevators.

Came for Broadway 🎭 show ease and value good

A hotel in an excellent location, in the heart of Manhattan. A large and very comfortable room. We did not receive breakfast even though we ordered. Instead they offered us a credit of $35 per day to purchase in their store. The prices in the store were very expensive. We felt uncomfortable with this arrangement
