The hotel is in an excellent position near City Hall and in an area with numerous good restaurants. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our only criticism is the breakfast menu but this is purely because of our western tastes.

The staff were very kind.

It was a nice hotel. There are a lot of good restaurants near the hotel.

Nice quiet comfortable hotel with smaller rooms. Only compliant is that the frosted glass bathroom door lit up the whole room when others were trying to sleep.

Really convenient place to stay. It’s basic but you get what you pay for and it was good value got money for city Center accommodation.

Great location very clean

actually, This hotel was not good to stay because there are no free bottle water in room. and Airconditioner broke down for 3 hours eventhough temperature was over 30 degree.
Customer service was also not enough to solve this problems.
I never satisfied with thus hotels condition such as dirty carpet, smoky air, old room condition.
if you are foreign travler, I strongly recommend other hotel such as Silla stay or Ibis something.
dont be fooled by room pictures

Staff at the front desk provide excellent customer service and very friendly. I was due to check out as had booked independently for one night before then staying for a 3 further nights as part of a group tour, as I was happy with my room they checked me straight back in and I was able to leave my stuff in my room. Room and bathroom clean, bed very comfy. Good size room for either one or two people. Also have luggage storage area if you have to go away and come back as part of a guided tour and it’s all free. Very impressed.

Clean and comfortable

The property is conveniently located close to Myeongdong market, City Hall and within 1 mile of Seoul Station. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the room was a tad small for the 3 of us. Manageable, though. My only complaint was the AC and refrigerator were turned off because it was April and the weather was still cold (off even on warm days). We had to have front desk store our refrigerated items.
