Only low temperature during sleeping.
Good condition to catch a cold.

The room smells like mildew, moldy smell. Its not fresh at all. My mom got allergy from the mold smell

Been coming to this hotel for years and years. Latest visit was very poor. Check in was the main issue. Three people on and taking forever. After a 13 hour flight, the last thing you want is a 30 minute wait to check in. I don’t know what was going on, it was at a snail’s pace. When I finally checked in the person behind the desk wouldn’t even look at me! Rooms are now looking tired and the smell of general mustiness around the hotel is increasing.

Check in process and breakfast was very bad experience. We stayed for 7days and noticed that during peak hours food use to finish in the buffet and they never refilled saying that breakfast is over now and according to time breakfast time was left.

The window in most room does’t open so the room smell little musty.

Room is spacious and a beautiful city view. Very near to a MRT station. Breakfast is relatively good and kids eat free

Hotel is bit old but conveniently located next to the subway station.
