Breakfast area was overcrowded, food was mediocre, not worth the price, does not deserve the rating, coffee in the lobby was inadequate, and cars were allowed to park around the lobby making access to the parking garage difficult.

Amazing staff

Nice spacious room with two large televisions, a good size sitting area. Safe and quiet hotel. Our room had a large balcony (with furniture and a hot tub) looking out to the main sidewalk and street in Banff and also a bit of a mountain view.

property was going through renovations, so lots of contractors in and out. Also, there was heavy rain and the parking lot surrounding property was flooded and made it very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. There was no offer to compensate us for the inconvenience.

This is the best hotel experience I have had in my life. I cant express this enough. 10/10 experience and I will be back for sure!

Ignoring the fact that property prices in Banff are simply astronomical, the hotel was good. Honestly, Ive never paid so much for such a small room. But thats probably not the hotels fault, but rather the surrounding area. Breakfast was okay. The location is also good. The typical tour pickup points are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away.

Very nice, clean and quiet

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early. And they stored my luggage until I left late in the day.

Amazing hotel. Everything from location to cleanliness to good rooms. Only thing i would say they need to improve on is the breakfast and the breakfast room as its too small to fit everybody in. You have to go very early to get space. Everything else is amazing
