Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast for the cost. Clean and comfortable room.

The room is quite small but enough for 2 luggages max. The room is clean and airconditioning too is good, I like it cool. But I am not happy with the pillow it is too soft while the bed for me is quite hard but to some they prefer it that way. Location is good because just at the back of the train station. Receptionists have good English speaking skills, easier to communicate. They also have laundry but I wasnt able to try.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff was very kind and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

wonderful location that is right on top of the metro, close to many nice places !

Great location. This hotel also has a self-laundry.

Good size bed, clean room, friendly staff!

Chaiin Hotel was great - perfect location right above Dongmen metro and the post office. Easy access to Yongkang St. and 24/7 7 Elevens. Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Dongmen/Daan area is a great place to stay in Taipei!

Hotel room is average. Bare minimum amenities. Housekeeping doesnt change your bed sheet. But basic tidy up is there. This is basically a place for you to store your stuffs, bath and sleep. The only plus point will be the location. Its just steps away from Dongmen MRT exit 8. Very accessible to most area around Taipei City.

Clean room and helpful staff. It is located right above Dongmen metro station and close to major attractions. Good selection of restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location nice place that does the trick! I got a larger size room since I had a lot of luggage. Not sure how the smaller ones would have been. Friendly staff too!
