room ok， staff just ok， the location good

It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful from valet , bellboy service , housekeeping, front desk …
Would stay again ..

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but it wasnt the experience I expected for the price. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
The biggest disappointment was that Club Lounge access, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, was unavailable during my stay. I wasnt informed of this before arriving. Considering the premium I paid specifically for that amenity, the overall value didnt match the cost.
My advice to future travelers is to confirm that any amenities that are important to you, especially club lounge access or other premium services, are available before booking or before your arrival. If those features are a significant reason for choosing the hotel, it could make a big difference in whether you feel youre getting good value for your money.

The hotel restaurant staff are not good, push to pay the bill when I still eating at 9pm

Really awful stay. My room was not ready after I arrived from a long flight, and that was at 4 pm! They claimed it was because of the World Cup and insisted that it wasnt a big deal. It was for me, as I was tired and wanted to rest in my room. The walls are paper thin in the hotel and you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway as well as the room next door. Finally, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I have stayed at other Westins but clearly there is something defective about the work culture at this particular location, perhaps due to poor management. I will never stay there again.

The room was great (studio suite) with a great view of the city. Beds were very comfortable, property was well kept and very clean. I really appreciate the fast elevators as well (its the small things!). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and had a room ready even before checkin. Lobby area was a great place to just relax for a little bit. Being right in the middle of the city made everything we wanted to do within a decent walking distance and if needed public transportation was easily accessible. It was very family friendly and the housekeeping was exceptional. My only drawback was that the doors into the room werent as quiet as everything else, so you could here the minimal action in the hall of other guests going in and out of their rooms. But perfectly quiet through the walls and ceiling, so didnt effect the stay at all. I would definitely reccommend for families staying in Boston wanting to do activities downtown.

Clean nice hotel with great location.

If you want to waste money stay this hotel.
