I refused to let anyone clean my room! Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday spent here in Suva! Figured I needed my privacy! BUT Ive been walking inside with my slippers and just discovered today how filthy the floors were in my room! My slippers are black and there was major dust and grime in here!
Anyhow, Ive cleaned the room myself as Im very much of a clean freak! Dont want any transfer of germs from other rooms when theyre using the same rags to wipe the counters, toilet, etc!
Breakfast is phenomenal BUT Im Canadian and need my java! No coffee 3 days in a row when Ive come in for breakfast!

Great customer service and friendly staff

.

Thank you for the pleasant experience with the servers, dining, ans drinks. The room was also very comfortable with great air conditioning. I will be forever grateful for meeting Lomax, Tim, and the rest of the family for helping me experience and enjoy the Fiji/Suva culture!

Super clean rooms, breakfast was very good, staff are very friendly, have free laundry service, only concern was that the restroom by the receptionist need to be paid more attention to it. It was very dirty. Linens n towels anre changed daily. Condiments are filled daily. The housekeeping person who was cleaning the second floor I believe her name was Mesi was super nice. Otherwise it’s a five star hotel.

The staff was very helpful and took care of us throughout our stay. Assisted us with checking in and our luggage.

Excellent service, friendly and professional individuals and clean and fun facility
