Our second time in The Bellagio. We booked a fountain view which we love. The bed is sooo comfortable and the room spacious and cleaned daily with lots of towels. We take a kettle as no coffee facilities provided. The hotel is large and beautiful and a great location

Nice room- but hallways and room smelled like cigarettes

Room and service were quite good. I was disappointed in the absence of a buffet and more affordable restaurants. Dinner for can easily top three hundred dollars. This is too much for the common man.

Incredibly impressive and beautiful Vegas hotel but lacks any personal service. Room cleaning on request (with no notification of this), no in-room coffee facilities and a long line to buy expensive coffee in the morning.

Yes it’s the Bellagio but the impression is this is a hotel trading on name and reputation. Yes it’s lovely and the room was comfortable but worth the money? Certainly not, especially when lights in the bedroom and two in the bathroom were not working. Do we really think high rollers and celebrities are going to have third rate service like that?
If you need to complain be prepared to spend your holiday in huge queues at reception. So they get away with taking your money.
It’s obvious where the priorities lie. Fair enough but everyone should be given the same standard of service regardless of celebrity or bank balance.

We spent three days at the Bellagio in April 2024 and left disappointed.
Housekeeping never cleaned our room on our final day, even though we were out of the room all day. We placed two calls requesting cleaning — one at 3:30 and one at 7 — to no avail. Granted, housekeeping has been hit or hiss at hotels generally, long after the pandemic, but we did not expect that at one of the premier Las Vegas resorts.
Note, too, that water pressure is weak. You won’t look forward to your shower. And only body was is provided, no bar soap. Towels are rough and on the thin side, not plush and fluffy.

The stay was overall ok because we stayed over 10 days and three rooms we booked, however the front desk staff was very rude and specially the club Pinkyring is very racial club and I don’t recommend to anyone. The bartenders are very rude

Wonderful staff and amazing service. Loved the variety of restaurant options and shopping. The Spa tower was nice. Great job!

Loved the cleanliness and overall the dining amenities and the entertainment thank you will definitely come back

Simply amazing, we just love it here. The crazy world of vegas! We love retreating to the serenity of the Bellagio. The smell of the lobby…..nothing like it!
