The room I believe was nice but the first room we were givens aircon wasnt working. The breakfast menu was very limited and the room service continuosly interrupt us early and more than necessary throughout the day.

Loved it was right on the waters edge. The staff was very pleasant and assisted in anyway possible. Massage girls good fun.
Wished the Manager had introduced himself as that, rather than just chatting in incognito and appearing to be just another guest.
The rooms were incredible and all had their own character and price per night, no doubt.

We loved our stay in an over water fale here. It was large and bright with perfect ocean views. It felt private despite there being 5 other fakes over the water. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was great - again very spacious with views of the ocean from the shower/bath. The hospitality of staff was outstanding. The restaurant and bar offered good food and a wide variety of cocktails. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well maintained. We loved that the service felt personal because the resort is small. This also made it quiet and relaxing and there was no fighting for pool chairs or a seat at the bar. There was free use of snorkels and kayaks to enjoy the very calm and clear waters around the resort. There was a free guest library to swap books. We absolutely loved our stay of 4 nights. Highly recommend.

Pros: great food, friendly staff and a clean room. Great spa service. Cons: internet is horrible and the property needs a facelift.

Well, what can you say about the place which you dont want to leave: amazing food, excellent location & lovely staff. And Samoa and Samoan people, miss you already. Hopefully we we will see you again.

we arrived as planned late at night and were shown to our room by the driver. There were pools of rainwater on the floor. The AC outside the window was making a humming noise which made it impossible to sleep. We were given a ground-floor room although we had been promised a 1st-floor room.
Although we were moved upstairs the next day, this was just the beginning of a not-very-successful stay. The grounds and the rooms are ok (apart from the noisy AC), but the staff appears tired and unenthusiastic particularly in the restaurant and in the reception. Getting a wifi code (to the very bad wifi) was a long process that could only be handled by the director within her working hours. Breakfast is substandard. The driver was the only exception to this

very beautiful. Prepare to pay for extra quests if you have more than 2 in a room.

We stayed just over a week at Coconuts in May. It was fantastic. Warm and friendly helpful staff. Very nice place but not fussy, perfect for our casual approach to life. Great beach. I wish they had a little better snorkeling gear, bring your own, but really that’s hardly a complaint worth mentioning. Can’t wait to return someday.
