The ductwork needs to be cleaned

A simple hotel, conveniently located for the airport. A bit dated but served us well for a 1 night stay before an early flight the subsequent day

Convenient for early flight
Comfortable and clean, hot shower but only one towel.
We asked the taxi man who dropped us to come and collect us the next morning to take us back to the airport for early flight.

great staff, awesome food, clean and convenient

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Not only does it smell bad throughout the entire building, but it is also really dirty. The only thing to recommend it is a location close to the airport, which is convenient for an early morning flight.

The room was not properly equipped with enough towels—there was only one for two guests. When I asked for another towel, the receptionist was rude.

At check in, the receptionist provided no information about parking, breakfast or meals. She’s not even direct me on how to find my room. It was unlike any experience I have had as a traveler in Chile or any other country.

Adequate accommodation near the airport.

This hotel gets mediocre reviews, and theres no hiding that its quite tired and slightly shabby. However, we found a warm reception, help with taxis, very clean sheets and towels and a comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was uninteresting except for made to order omelettes and scrambled eggs. Overall, good value and a pleasant overnight stay.

Terrible service. Rude, ignorant, and unwilling to help. Both at the reception and in the restaurant. The gym is pretty useless (barely any machines/weights) and so is the sauna (can barely fit two people and is too cold)

Rude check-in. Will mot check-in before 3pm, even if it is 2pm. Rude service at bar and restaurant. Hotel is in need of serious update. Hotel is far from town.

Nice and roomy place, reception people were very helpful. Restaurant was nice
