This is a very outstanding experience especially expericed the suffer that we had cancelled our previous booking and move to here.

great property, friendly staff and comfortable room. enjoyed all teh amenities including breakfast and coffee station.

Clean room, very amenable staff. Will, highly recommend.

A clean and stylish hotel where it is convenient for tourists to sightsee around the beautiful city. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff. Good location. Nice little breakfast. Perfect for a short getaway

Very lovely hotel and convenient to all the Old Town attractions. Perfect for visiting the Christmas Markets

I adore this hotel. Everything is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Little details like daily chocolate and water. The location is nice in Basse Ville. Only ick is the parking is a bit difficult to get to and every time I had to knock at the valet cabin to get service.

Awesome hotel! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and finishes of the hotel were great.

Very nice room, comfortable bed and a great location. Also a very comfortable lobby with good coffee/tea and fresh fruit available all the time.

The staff were outstanding, accommodating, and kind. The lounge is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.
Great experience
