The mattresss are on the floor, the room is so small that I can hardly moving around., and theres no place to sit except on the mattresss. Terrible!

Comfortable stay. Friendly staff.

Although there is a sign in the room that says no smoking with a potential violation of up to NTD 10,000, the staff refuses to enforce this. If Management cares about investing in room renovations to attract customers, then they might want to also care about training their staff to enforce this policy when they receive a report of smelling cigarettes. Nice hotels rarely have this problem, so this isnt an unsolvable problem.

A super comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious and clean hotel at a great price. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a while! I hope to definitely stay again in the future. Only bad thing is the 11:00 a.m. checkout! Grrr. It’s a short cab ride to the center of the city which includes the Art Musuem and Shin Kong Dept. Store. A great value in my opinion.

the hotel is clean and comfortable.
very much a business hotel with good wifi.
I had a good night rest.

Perfectly adequate for a one-night stay - spacious room with all the amenities I needed. Linens and bathroom seemed to be bleach-white clean. The refrigerator was appreciated. The bed was a little firmer than I liked, but that is to be expected in Taiwan. There was minor street noise through the windows, but I fell asleep quickly anyways and I did not hear any adjacent hotel guests during our stay. Breakfast was mostly Taiwanese-style offerings (rice porridge, stir-fried noodles, various tofu and vegetable dishes, etc.) and adequate. Given that we were able to book the room a week before the National Day long weekend holiday for what I thought was a good rate, I thought we got great value.

Good: Friendly staffs, location, clean room
Bad: Breakfast is ok and there are just few choices. The fridge in the my room did not work.
I stayed for only one night, and it was fine for sleeping over.
