This hotel nothing but trash. I was disappointed very dissatisfied. I am mother with two kids connecting flight in Los Angeles.. I booked this hotel for night stay thinking shuttle will be good idea since it not fare from hotel.. here my poor experience i arrived 8h30 and stayed at shuttle pick up to 11h30pm no shuttle has arrived. I placed 7 call to hotel asking to page driver cause I am seating here watching bus just drive away without stop... I was told but hotel they have no idea it third party.. Around 11 30pm bus stop at shuttle tell us she is full and very rude tone voice telling me we have no place for you. I arrived at hotel with Uber I kindly ask can I check in late just for my kids sleep cause I checked in late. I was yes then around 12h 30 I took my kids to eat come back 2pm to chcek out . Hotel supervisor told me pay 59 dollar plus tax.
This hotel has no computer for people use get chcek in done you have to have own computer or laptop. Dont even guess if you have something print out no where to get that in this hotel. Breakfast it 23 dollar per person . No water fountain ice it only third five and six floor.... room smelling
Hallway has smell smoke cigarettes.
I will never stay again at this hotel.

This was a special final night of riding Route 66 for nine days. We choose Hilton because usually that means quality in this one by the airport so we could get home fast.

The “restaurant” had a menu and would serve food late till 10 PM so we hadn’t had dinner checked in around eight and we go there to celebrate with some food and have a toast with some Prosecco we hope. The menu had special summer drinks made with Prosecco…. So each picked one and then the waitress let us know. Oh no, we don’t have those.

OK, how about just two Prosecco then
No, no we don’t have any Prosecco
OK, give us a minute
Will you read the menu in full and they’ll make margaritas with 1800 Blanco or 1800 Respato … she takes the order to the bartender chairs no no we don’t serve 1800?!?

You literally advertise it on the menu in two flavors.

OMG, it is going downhill fast then we finally ordered food and I got the cheeseboard which came with not enough bread literally 3 pieces and about a pound of cheese. It was crazy.

And the waitress didn’t offer a discount or anything after all that and now I think about it I probably should ask for a manager, but we’ve been on the road for nine hours. We just wanna know that this Hotel disappointed us.
