We checked in at 7 AM on a i when our booking began Friday afternoon to be told our room was not ready. Then we were moved rooms to a view of another buildings roof even though we booked a view of universal and had no accommodations made to justify the move. The door handle on the new room was broken and we were made to stay in the room with broken door handle and subpar cleaning because they insisted they had no additional rooms to move us to. After offering no compensation or even apologies for the terrible beginning of our stay, we packed up early and left way before the end of our stay due to our disappointment.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Short drive to various locations and to the parks. Room was clean but need some update. Free parking and wifi is a plus in Orlando. You can get a breakfast downstairs in the cafe for around $12.00. Nice outside pool.I would stay again.

I would not stay here again. Plenty of cleaner modern hotels to stay at for the same or less money. Very disappointed.

I love staying at this hotel, the staff are always so nice and friendly. This time Nicholas helped me so much, he is a very communicative person. The room was very clean, so spacious, there was enough towels for all of us, we had to take our puppy with us and she was very welcome, the smell is AMAZING and the decor was incredible great, they have a huge pool and also pool tables to play till 11pm. I could d choose a better place to stay with my family. ❤️❤️❤️

The staff and management are awesome! The Tower building is the best. The housekeepers were amazing! Special kudos to Mariannys! The view, the pool, the fitness center, etc are pleasant and enjoyable! Also, it is very close to ICON Park and the best view of Volcano Bay!

Our room was disgusting, we first got there and within 1 hour of being there and walking around our feet were completely black from how dirty the floor was. We found a spoon in our bed and our bathtub was covered in sand. We tried calling the front desk and sat on the phone for 10 mins with no one answering so we went to the front desk and told them how dirty it was. The front desk said they would send someone and no one ever showed up. We eventually tracked down a maid and asked her to clean the floors at the very least. She mopped half the room and left. This "resort" is a joke. We will definitely be leaving a review online and we will never be back.

Amazing hotel that is close and walking to everything you need and just a short drive to universal. The staff here at check in were amazing and provided the most amazing customer service.

Outside doors lock after midnight and key cards will not open them. You have to walk to lobby and have security open doors for you they are aware but won’t replace batteries in the doors. Our bathroom flooded from the plumbing above and they could care less in the morning! Unable to you the bathroom it was dangerous with water running out of the overhead lights!

Room was not in the best condition. Almost all the outlets didn’t work. One had a plug broken off in it. The shower head itself didn’t function. Sprayed more water out of the connection than out of the head itself.

Check in was terrible. 2 people behind the counter just playing with room keys while the line was outrageously long.

Overall most disappointing experience here. Unsure if I’ll rebook or recommend in the future
