The staff made me feel welcomed. The rooms were very spacious and the location was close to the beach.

Worst experience hotel

Bad staff behaviour

Under rated room

Lizards and cockroaches in the room essentially one with pool access

Dont get scammed by good pictures !

I checked in for 4 hours (booked for 3 days) and check out in 4 hours. The staff have zero courtesy and remorse rather said SORRY CANT HELP IT , IF You dont LIKE DONT COME BACK AGAIN feel pity on shareholders of hotel due some bad staff , especially lady at reception (night shift) short height with spectacles. Worst receptionist in SERVICE industry

Hotel was dirty and very noise had to stay at friends place to get some sleep in day for 2 days

Staff were fine but the hotel is very dated and noisy. Very overpriced even for peak season

Second visit. Very good

The room was okay.

Nothing like pictures - very disappointed
Charged a key deposit - refunded at check out

Staff nice thou

Hotel in good location, staff on security wete great. Room cleaner was also very good at their job.
At check-in the rooms we booked and paid for were not avalible.
Was toold that we had been given an upgrade which clearly wasnt the case as what i had booked was superior to what i had received.

Bit of an older property but great service from the staff and has every thing u need, best of all is 1 minute walk to the beach.

room did not match the amenities advertised on the booking app At all!
No safety box, just one bading-towel, even we booked two person in room.
TV was small monitor size with really bad sound and half TV Chanel where bad connection and slot of static.

They offered to change to another room
But that had a connecting room behind a poorly made door you could see lights from other d
Room comming thru the door, didnt even stay Long enough in that room but im sure I would be abel to hear every conversation in the connection room!!
So they switched me back to first room with, bad tv, one Towers, and still no safetybox

I wanted to move to other hotel but sadly my friend that Got another fair room didnt want to switch hôtel because he was tired!

This is first and last day here in tropical hotel!!!!
