Staff were wonderful and a beautiful getaway from the city life.

All good

Overall, it was a lovely stay. Our room was neat, clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. Its location out of town made it a quiet and serene location. The staff were all gentle and helpful.
There is no allocated parking, which made it difficult when you arrived late in the evening, most vehicles are large and spaces are limited. After contacting the lobby, we were guided to an underground parking.
The hot spring was a great addition to our trip.

Great facilities. Very helpful and responsive staff. Would for sure stay again

I don’t know if it was because we had a pet but clearly for the price for paying there were multiple holes in the wall and wallpaper that had been patched. Very sloppily with just a square patch or multiple holes were just filled over with square wallpaper. The dishwasher rack was falling apart in the dishwasher. Overall, this is not a place that was in great condition for the price you’re paying.

Hotel was nice and in a gorgeous location very close to the city. Our 3 day stay was quiet and there was room for our crew and more if we needed. Mid July prices are higher than the norm, but not crazy in comparison to other places.

Outdated and pool hot tub poorly thought out. Not worth the cost. Will not return

my concern is rent is little price and Hot tub, sauna bath is not really standard or hot enough .

Awesome place! Highly recommend it!

My family enjoyed our stay at Hidden Ridge Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable for all of us, and we enjoyed the s’mores kit provided. Walkable to town or the resort provides free bus/transit passes to town. You can also borrow bear spray during your stay.
