Amazing service and beautiful hotel. The bedding was so comfy. Really enjoyable stay and the staff were so attentive throughout.

The Arts is showing its age. Great location on the waterfront, but the interior, the rooms, etc., need a major overhaul.

Excellent upscale hotel

The ocean view room had a spectacular view. The room was very spacios and the shower was sn experience.
The restaurants were superior albeit a bit pricey.
The limited english channels on the tv was disappointing and the high price to rent the limited movie options was a turn off, but of course we werent in Barcelona to watch tv!
Wished the hotel had more poolside seating at the upper pool level or had cabana seating on the beach. You had to get there early to secure lounges/umbrellas. We did early morning excursions ,so we werent able to do so

Just a classy place, even though it is a very busy place. Well done

Location is simply perfect. After walking the city we came to the conclusion that there simply is no better location to stay in. Will stay here and no where else while visiting Barcelona.

Hotel Arts Barcelona is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was superb.

Great staff, great hotel.

As ever the Arts hotel did not disappoint although felt the staff around the pools and Marina restaurant were disengaged and disorganised and ordering drinks / food was not easy. We often waited over 30 minutes for drinks despite chasing and could overhear other guests complaining of the same problem.
