We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Especially like the walkability to almost everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel’s location is perfectly located near Queen Street. The hotel has been recently renovated and looks great. The hotel staff is pleasant but not particularly helpful when I asked a few questions, and there was no sound proofing since I could clearly hear the people in the room next to me.

A few steps into Queen Str. Location ideal whether youre heading to the Viaduct or Sky City. Room spacious and comfotable

It is really well located, had all the amenities of an apartment. I gave 5/5 as it met my expectations. The only thing I wish it had better cookware, one pan at least. Service was phenomenal.

City life hotel is always great. The room.servi e menu, food options could use an update. But our room and staff are always top notch.

Great hotel, in the centre of Auckland, close to shops, restaurants and cruise port. Very friendly staff. Small gym and swimming pool which were both great due to my jet lag

Good location downtown. Metropolitan/ cosmopolitan city. Walking distance to the harbor, ferry’s, lots of restaurants, cafes, high end shopping etc. use Uber not taxis! Waiheke Island is lovely for wine tasting, take the ferry, and hop on hop off Explorer bus to wineries, Sky tower is great. The historical museum is fabulous. Good walking shoes a must.
Room has a fridge, and hot water pot, tea & coffee. No restaurant or food provided. Helpful front desk staff.

Staff are excellent, always helpful and efficient, very nice hotel with a lovely pool and good gym. Extremely clean and comfortable, great location. Would definitely stay again.
