I made the mistake of booking a place in Waikiki and regretted it immensely, so I was fortunate to be able to get a room here for my last night there. The staff was welcoming and respectful, with a sense of humor. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept well. I also like that its a smaller property in a not so busy area.

My bathroom tub/shower was decrepit because the water didn’t drain and the water handle was stuck in place and I had to use all my strength to turn it on because it was corroded and neglected. That was not good at all.

Everything is there you need for short stay or you looking for a one night due if your flight is delayed they have shuttle you don’t need to rent a car.

this hotel is a disaster. do not stay here. First of all, they scam you with a large parking fee which is not disclosed or advertised when you book the hotel. There are absolutely no other parking options within a mile. They likely make more money off of the parking then they do the hotel. The hotel itself was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE

Liked the convenience of the location to the airport as well as their shuttle service to and from airport. Our air conditioner unit in the room was a little noisy. The hotel was near the freeway. Wouldnt recommend for light sleepers.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There have a restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise there is about a 7 minute walk to a Pizza place.

Very clean hotel near the airport offering free shuttle service, a wonderful restaurant and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This trip I did not buy the breakfast vouchers which were really disappointing to me last trip. Do this lowered my expectations and back to my normal appreciation of the staff, the property and the convenience for me and jobs at the airport.

Breakfast buffet could have been a little more fresh. But the hostess was very nice. Parking was ridiculous.

the rooms were clean but the mattress on the bed was like a thin piece of mattress where you can feel every spring in the bed.

The facility was so dirty...... the doors to the building were just disgusting... finger prints and crap on the glass doors. Liquid on the floors by the elevator.
