Very helpful staff, and very good location in center of the old city.

The staff was fantastic. They remembered and greeted us by our names each time. Everyone was always helpful and kind. The front desk staff spoke English very well. The rooms were very clean with very good A/C. The room was a tad dark as the lighting wasnt too bright but the window brought in lots of natural light.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Comfy beds.

Staff were absolutely incredible. Without exception everyone was cheerful, helpful and hardworking.

The staff ( Leo, Daniel and others) were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help you with everything, including dining, museum and shopping options. When we were leaving on a day trip to ninh binh, Daniel reminded us to take a jacket as it gets cold in that area! The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. The hotel is well positioned in the old quarter. We would highly recommend this hotel to other guests. Hope to return one day!!

This is a really lovely little hotel. All the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Spa lady was lovely.
The room with balcony was very spacious, and a lovely spot to sit outside in the cool of the morning or evening. We would definitely stay here again.

In the most of the busel of Hanoi this it the perfect place to relax and get some rest. Great staff and services, clean and comfortable.

My wife and me,with our three boys, booked and spend time in two rooms over two days when we arrived to Vietnam. The staff was very welcoming right away. Nancy in the hotel gave us good instruction and booked restaurants for us in the evenings and the management also helped us with a full day trip in Hanoi. We can strongly recommend the hotel. It was marvelous.

Breakfast was good. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I think they memorized our names from our passports.

Overall a very nice hotel. Convenient location. Room was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok (Limited options). Only really issue I had was the lighting in the rooms could’ve been brighter.
