Great location, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the city.

Excellent location, the bed was great, no noise and the staff was amazing.
I will be staying again

Fantastic location with excellent staff and lovely amenities. Very short walk to Embarcadero BART station and the Ferry Building market.

The staff was amazing always available and very helpful
Breakfast we missed having any protein I must say though it ease always laden
With a variety of of breads n pastries.🍰 .we opted for the not cleaning our room every day n helping the harbour hotel in lending a hand toward animal welfare

In all a good experience. Only issue what i found was the rooms were small. And bathroom do not have shelves to keep stuff.

Staff is amazing. I stay there every couple of months and am greeted by my name each time! The staff should be commended!
The property is in an idea location for me, a solo traveler. I love the history of all!

The lobby and the view from the room are super pretty. Walking distance to a lot of things (Giants game, farmers market, Piers, Alcatraz shuttle). However it is a main road right next to the ocean so there will be loud cars driving by until 3:00amish, other than that loved the view.

The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. However, the room was very dark with only 2 standing lamps providing minimal light. There was only 1 chair at the desk, meaning that one person had to sit on the bed. I also struggled with the air conditioning as it kept turning off over night, presumably to save power. I would get up every 2 hours, turn it on and then repeat 2 hours later when the room got too hot. The hotel is in a fabulous location with easy access to transport.

Overall, the hotel was fine, it was clean. Unfortunately, they did not put a notice anywhere in the bathroom that the shower floors are like a slip and slide and slanted. I am a mid 30s female, ex-dancer and very fit, but as I stepped into the shower with my left foot it was so slippery my leg went up the wall and I went into the shower falling, landing on my right hand. I tore ligaments in my right ring finger and am in considerable pain. I should sue the hotel for negligence of not notifying of the very slick shower floor, but instead, I am taking care of this healing process myself. Be warned that if you are in a room with a walk-in shower, the floor could be very slippery…be careful when stepping in!

We enjoyed the wine hour
