Nothing to say, can’t recall the sty too much.

Was real clean and Disney shuttle next door I would stay again

We enjoyed are stay and clean room

Was excited for the breakfast, especially with little kids and going to the parks but unfortunately it was being renovated so not much of options. I suggest to call ahead to verify if their breakfast is on full effect.

Overall it was a great stay!

It was good for the price in the area.

We booked the kids "suite" with the bunk beds. Its definitely NOT a suite; it sleeps 6...we had 4 people and we were cramped. The room layout is weird too but we made it work as best as we could. The hotel advertises that they have full breakfast and a gym - both of those are untrue. They have continental breakfast and its in the old gym area, so no gym. At check-in we were told there would be a $60 deposit, but it was actually $80 (found out at check-out). Also, when I mentioned the "full breakfast advertised on their website", the check-in front desk person said "I know, they need to fix that." Lastly, they advertise tjat the property is 100% smoke free....every day, all day long, there was someone smoking cigarettes right by the stairs that take you up to the second and third floor rooms. Another false advertisement. Overall a 2 because it was clean.

The hotel was undergoing renovations. Breakfast room was under renovation as well. They had makeshift breakfast room setup with to-go bags to take your breakfast with you.

Our room AC was broken- they didn’t tell us at check in. We found out going into a sweaty room. Trip was planned and reserved 4 months in advanced- so I feel this should’ve been taken care of in advance of putting guests into faulty rooms in the heat of Anaheim. On top of that we had a family suite with 7 people, multi generational kids to adults. They offered half off parking for ONE of the vehicles….and possibly moving us to a different room on the second night. We couldn’t move rooms as we would be going to Disneyland all day and having multi generation in one space was way too much luggage/food etc to unpack, pack, unpack in back to back days.

The parking lot had shipping containers in it so the lot was double and triple parked in the evenings as well.

Breakfast was advertised as waffles, sausage, bacon and eggs, but those items were part of the breakfast.

Room had a smell of mildew and carpet was lumpy.

Parking lot was over-parked with vehicles parked illegally, making it a little harder to get in and out.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, a decent value option only a 20-min walk from Disneyland, and less than 10-min walk from Toy Story lot with free shuttle service.

No laundry room and not enough parking, small pool and only continental breakfast.
