A perfect delight especially with the discount of 3 nights

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms quiet. Location good. Lovely view from balcony.

The room we stayed in was basic but close to so much and we didn’t spend much time in the room. We paid for parking which made everything easier. The pool was clean and the bartender was a plus. The hotel offered beach items like chairs and snorkels. There is a restaurant and the hotel is walking distance to others. The best part besides the weather…the staff!!! Would stay here again.

Even though our stay was short the hotel overall was amazing!! The staff was pleasant and our room was more than what we expected!! We would recommend this hotel to all of our family members and friends!!

The bedrooms are a fantastic, comfortable size with plenty of space to relax—much bigger than what you usually find at this price point. The pressure of the shower, amazing!
A huge standout was the incredible service. The staff at both the pool and the breakfast restaurant were exceptionally nice, attentive, and welcoming every single day.
The location it’s incredibly convenient and well-located for getting around, 7 min walk to the beach.

We had the best time the staff was great. I always live has a text message and make sure that we were taken care of every night. We were there. We will always book with you. We absolutely loved it. Property is very clean. Convenient to everywhere we need to go the best time thank you so much. Staff is absolutely phenomenal.

The staff were overall nice but it was a bit off putting that while I was waiting about 50 mins longer than the quoted early check in time (an additional cost that I was ok with) I also overheard another customer complain…. So early check in was slowly becoming not so early even after paying the fee and then to see another customer complain was yeah, a bit off putting. The bath towels were stained and the only one that wasn’t stained had holes. The bathroom also smelled of urine but realized later that it may have been their sewage system because other parts of the city has that same urine smell. I also saw a couple of bugs that I normally wouldn’t see at other hotels, but hey at least they weren’t as scary as one could over dramatize. Most likely I won’t be staying here again.

Honestly, TYLER AT THE POOL is the absolute best part of this hotel experience!!! Ritz-Carlton / Waldorf style customer service to all the guests. I hope he appreciated as he should be.

Thanks for the great personality and above and beyond service, Tyler!

Right after checking in get pods for laundry use and dryer sheets from Don Quixote or foodland. Get that ayce breakfast buffet at least once for that view from the Terrace. Get your bus pass or walk; unless you have a group of 6 or more skip a rental vehicle. Uber / Lyft is convenient and affordable. 3rd year in a row staying here and will be back again.

The hotel was fine, but nothing special was OK. Staff was great, and being able to work the breakfast room, which was too small at breakfast time, during the day was very pleasant
