Overall stay was fine, started out a bit rough, however the manger and staff made things right and after that no issues.

Location for me this trip was good, and convenient with MRT right down the street.
Breakfast buffett was good and had nice varity.
Public areas are well appointed, and useful.

My corner room was dated and in need of updating, along with power outlets.
City view was excellent.
Depending on what I need to do on my next trip influces where I stay, I would stay here again if I choose to get room on the exective level, that is if the rooms have been updated.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I arranged an airport transfer, and even though my baggage was delayed and I came out much later than expected, the staff patiently waited for me. The woman who greeted me and the driver were both very kind and professional. They also delivered my suitcase directly to my room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and all the reception staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Metro Phetchaburi is around 7 mins walk and it can connect you to everywhere in Bangkok. The gym was decent, and while the swimming pool was not very large, I did not have the chance to use it.The only downside was that my room was not ready when I arrived at around 8 PM, despite check-in starting at 4 PM. After a long flight, waiting about 45 minutes for the room was quite tiring.Aside from that, the excellent service and comfortable stay made for a great experience, and I would happily stay here again

Had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium! The breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding with a huge variety of delicious Indian as well as international cuisine. Every morning felt like a feast with so many fresh and tasty options to choose from.

The staff was extremely warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making the entire experience even more memorable. Truly great hospitality and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Arrived late at night the original room they gave me had not been updated. The mattress cover was stained with red wine.
Front desk staff upgrading me to a nicer room.
plenty of water in the room which is served in glass bottles as opposed to plastic which is a nice place.
Looks like they were spending money at the hotel redoing the front driveway unfortunately one of the elevators was down so it made going to the room a little slower at times. Overall, a decent four star hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.
