A great place to stay! The staff was friendly and quick your order, the room clean and the hotel is close to port.., 10 minutes drive.

A great location with many great restaurants and sights within walking distance.

Our stay was only for one day however the experience was nice. Hotel is modern, with aesthetically pleasing artwork. I believe his name is Brian at the front desk was very nice. Overall hotel experience was great. Would stay again.

Room was clean and updated. Perfect location for walking to restaurants in the area. Only a few blocks away from Port if you are cruising out of San Juan. Great photo op next to the I ❤️ PR sign. Staff were more than helpful especially Madalina (hopefully I spelled that right, my apologies to her if not). She was wonderful with providing a map and a list of restaurant recommendations in the area. Definitely would stay here again to visit San Juan.

Great! We will definitely come back. Location location location!

If you are cruising from San Juan this is the place you want to stay. Ships are literally right across the street. Have some patience with check in as it is not quick and we had to wait awhile for our rooms both before and after our cruise.

the breakfast is beatiful

Clean, comfortable, will stay again. Great location. Pool was never crowded.

We arrived at the hotel early and staff checked us in which was amazing since we could change and start our day early. Location is perfect close to restaurants and Castillo de Cristobal. We paid extra for hotel breakfast and really enjoyed their omelette and variety of options. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to drive around San Juan which can be very busy and hard to find parking.

Wonderful stay, helpful staff and very clean. I highly recommend

Great Hotel and the staff is very accommodating. Absolutely a wonderful location if you are interested in walking and visiting old town San Juan.
