Where to start.. on approaching the hotel we walked past a homeless guy who had set up camp 100 yds from the hotel. Just across from the hotel , a rat ran from a doorway and into the gutter and the whole area smelled like a public toilet ( the smell of urine was really strong in areas)..
The hotel itself seemed ok on arrival, concierge was pleasant and helpful.
The room was functional but had no coffee making facilities in it. The duvet was sweat stained, the sheet had sticky tape marks across it & the bed was so uncomfortable I averaged four hours sleep each night , to the point where I was just glad to go home for a decent nights sleep. In the bathroom, the facia around the sink was also peeling away. On the plus side , the hotel was situated near a variety of restaurants/pubs and a short walk from the Metro underground system.

Room was clean, comfortable, and convenient to Paris attractions... but far from a bargain if you value your sleep. Could hear normal conversations in nearby (next door, above, below) rooms, hallways, and stairwells, every bump, every flush. Also, there was a homeless man outside who kept yelling all night. Worst 3 nights sleep of my life. Not sure theres any way to address the noise, but if you decide to book, be sure to plan/pack a way to block the noise.

Great location to explore the city

The location feels safe, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, and it is also close to the subway station, so you can enjoy breakfast and would like to come back next time.

Hotel is centrally located with plenty on bistros and bars near by. However the photos on the website make the rooms and hotel look much larger and newer.
Unfortunately the rooms are tiny, the hotel is dirty and is very average. I was bitten several times by bed bugs

Breakfast was great… good variety. Staff were friendly. Very accessible to everything ! Very affordable.

Great location

Staff and service was great.

Not what we expected in the pictures they show the rooms super clean and with a big space and it’s nothing compare to what they show so dissatisfied. Also no Cámaras around ..

The room was tiny and I was lucky I was travelling alone! There were no basic appliances in the room, no hairdryer or iron. The street was dirty and felt unsafe.
