We arrived a few hours before check in time and we were given our keys with no additional charges for checking in early! Staff were very friendly. Location was amazing, loved the balcony! Would definitely book there again

Perfect location, nice large corner room, quiet A/C which is always a plus.

Our room was amazing and the view was incredible! We could see the city and water/bay from our room on the 31st floor. The staff, restaurants, and amenities were all great. And having parking and a starbucks onsite were huge pluses as well! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Vancouver!

It’s a very nice property right downtown but I didn’t feel that the staff was very courteous except for the valet parking guy. The staff at the front desk was kind of rude. When I asked about why was I being charged double for parking we had guests come and stay the day, and late into the evening they paid less than half in the parking lot than what the hotel charges I was charged $42 a day for parking. My guest paid $15 a day when I questioned it at the front desk they were short and rude about it. I was also charged twice at the Starbucks. I spoke to the manager they said they were gonna look into it never got back to me. During our stay and began to rain. We’re from California several times at least half a dozen times I went downstairs to ask for an umbrella because when I called they said they had umbrellas downstairs. Every time I went down they said they were out of them. Maybe they should have more umbrellas considering Vancouver gets a lot of rain.

The hotel is beautiful but the walls are thin. We had loud music and people partying next to us. Our room had adjoining doors and they were shaking the door to try to come into our room late at night. We paid extra for this corner room and they moved our rooms late at night to get away. This room was not a up grade. We weren’t given a refund for an upgrade because of paying up front. The new room had just a sheet on top of a flat down comforter which you had no weight. I expected the hotel to have better accommodations. Next time will stay at the Westin as we had excellent stay on the front end of trip.
