Enjoyed our stay as the hotel room was comfortable, and the staff was attentive. We had a small maintenance issue that was immediately fixed. Would stay again.

smelly rooms, dated, dirty, noisy aircon and not a good breakfast

I thought the property needs a bit of a spruce up, there was mold on our walls. Location was great and very quiet, near mrt stations.

Location to public transport is fantastic.
Swimming pool was a disappointment.

The location is the main asset. Easily accessible and nice neighborhood. Food courts nearby for meals.
The cleanliness was average. The only amenities were soap, toothbrushes and shower caps. Though we booked for 4 we had only 3 large towels each day. No face towels.
The shower was leaking but they came and fixed it when we asked. There was also a power problem with the safe.

I really enjoy this hotel. It was perfect for me traveling solo. Near the train and in a convenient location.

Minor hiccups. The day of arrival ~9pm, my unit had a broken AC. Couldnt do much, until next morning. It got fixed by 11am, but couldnt believe how important AC is here.

The room is exactly like in the pictures. Spacious.

One thing the unit did not have a air extractor that can stay longer than the time you are in the shower or in the unit. There is no ability to open windows either. So, it is very noticeable the mold growing in the windows.

One other thing that was uncomfortable, I am 5.1" and the bathtub in this room is insanely high! I was scared of slipping off on my way out.

Other than that, pleasant stay spacious unit for two friends and with our own private bathroom.

The family room is small . Cleanliness is not great .food is ok

Good location and very convenient

Very small room, bathroom not very clean, mould on windows.power kept turning off. Not what it looks like on the internet. Never stay there again
