Air con too cold and too nosiy. Vent also very noisy and cannot be switched off

Room was of a high standard and bedding, mattress and pillows of high quality. Pool & gym were very good. Staff very helpful and hotel in a good location.

Clean room, good breakkfast,

Nice hotel, bug rooms ( compared to other hotels in SG) and well connected. The roof top bar is nice.

This hotel is well located near Tanjong Pagar MRT, with a range of food outlets nearby. The rooms are becoming dated, with some wear and tear visible. The bathroom was fairly clean, with some forgotten spots. When I mentioned a couple of issues at check-out, the response I received was “Oh”.

Clean room, great front desk staff, breakfast a bit blah if you’re American, might be better for other nationalities. Pancake maker always a winner, fruit selection poor.
Otherwise great location, good value for price compared to other expensive venues in Singapore. I’d stay again.

Great location, staff and overall excellent service

Very nice hotel with good location in Singapore

Hi, I stayed for three nights. The good points: cleanliness, check-in/check-out, and location. The horrible points: the breakfast—there were no options, just scrambled eggs, and the omelets were poorly made (undercooked). The chef would get annoyed if you asked for extra ingredients, so I eventually stopped asking for anything else. There was no fruit, and if you wanted to make a salad, there was only lettuce—terrible. You’re better off eating outside the hotel; dont waste your money there. Also, I was stopped at the restaurant entrance because the name didnt match the room number; the receptionist made me go back up to my room to check the number, only for us to discover that the registration record itself was wrong. It was a really unpleasant experience.

Clean. Staff helpful and approachable.
