We enjoyed staying here. Room a bit small but good value. Great location as well

Rooms were a bit small, but everything else was amazing. Amazing location, service!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Singapore and was pleased with its location and affordability. The rooms were clean, but on the smaller side, with the bathroom lacking full privacy due to a glass door. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money, especially considering Singapores high prices.

Ok Hotel, but sadly no bar or restaurant.

I think the access to the hotel is rather challenging as cars have to go through the car park to get to reception.
The front door desk staff are very pleasant and efficient, I dealt with Annie and she was very good.
There is no help with baggage which is hard as there are no trolleys either. The single room I had was really small but it was as described.

Staff was really nice but the hotel needs a washing station for the toilet (bidet), needs more water bottles (2 per person), lights should be stronger. More importantly, there must be a water machine nearby on every floor. Its a must.

We booked this hotel due to a central location and saw photos of the extensive breakfast buffet. There were refurbishment works ongoing during our stay. The breakfast hall was dirty (see photo) which is incredible seeing as very few people were getting breakfast - the buffet currently doesn’t exist, and instead you are served some food (one of five choices) in a cardboard box (which you have to go and collect yourself) to eat with a flimsy wooden knife and fork, accompanied by a single drink only. The waitress moved a bin bag off an adjacent table for us to sit down. We were contacted a few days in advance by the new parent company asking if we wanted transport to the hotel - this form was filled in but nothing else heard, and the staff knew nothing of the form on our arrival after we made our own plans when it was evident transport had not been arranged. An ok hotel, but could be better - certainly not what was advertised.

I really liked the property manager. That was about it. the room was awful and awfully expensive for what you got. Its smaller than 200 square feet, and it was damp. I went to bed damp every night. If the room was as half way decent as the room, they would be good. Also the staff wasnt warm at all or helpful at the front desk. No coffee, just handed me some instant coffee, and no umbrellas.
