Always a good stay, but this time learned the difference between standard abs superior rooms... spend the money!

Hotel staffs are so nice and friendly.
I would come back again.

Every time in Banff, the Caribou is where we choose to stay, and love it

The room was good. The hot tub was good, the room was
a little on the small side. The bathroom is nice and a nice size. And the service is good. The lobby was good. I was nice to go and eat at the Keg restaurant in the hotel. The underground parking. was good..

Good location but poor service and the rooms were not clean My coworkers room had old debris including fingernail clippings in the room The hotel furniture was old including chairs with tired upholstery

The only complaints or criticism would be that the beds were oddly made with sheets underneath, as opposed to fitted sheets. Making sleeping very uncomfortable through the night. The first night the fire alarm went off twice, with no explanation or address to say it was false.

Other than that, a few things were found slightly dirty, more that it was over looked or rushed. The fridge froze all our food, wrecking most of them.

The service when interacting was friendly, helpful and great. Night staff guy who almost started a few weeks ago was super helpful and friendly when needing his help. (Worked on the night of March 2). So definitely give him a high five for me.

A wonderful experience! The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the spa was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

A very wonderful place to stay. Will definitely go back soon.
