Everything was fantastic.

Hotel is in excellent location and breakfast is exceptional!!! Definitely recommended when visiting Tainan

Very good
Want to stay again

Good location, friendly staffs, room is clean and comfortable, I will visit again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I would say it is excellent. The location is very convenient, with Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, the largest shopping mall in Tainan, right next door.
The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices. I especially loved the authentic local dishes. Another highlight is the housekeeping staff, they are hardworking and very helpful whenever I need assistance.

As for areas that could be improved, the elevators can be quite busy during peak hours. It takes around 8–10 minutes to travel from my room on the 11th floor to the ground floor.
Additionally, some staff members could be more attentive to customer needs. For example, when I paid for laundry services and requested an invoice, I was given one with an incorrect amount.

Great location, delicious breakfast, spacious sauna & pool

The staff at the counter helped to contact the parking lot staff to get us a parking space in the building. It was very helpful and caring in this kind of rainy day. Good service.

I’m very happy with this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness is well maintained, and the modern design and facilities are excellent. It’s very convenient, located right next to a shopping mall. Most importantly, there are many local traditional foods nearby, all within walking distance.
