Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend

Bar

This place is very clean and well maintained. I came back a few times already and the location is central. May is good month to travel to Hanoi and affordable prices.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. So much hospitality and assistance from staff from what to eat, what to do, and how to get around. The staff is so well trained and professional.

The suite is spacious and comfortable; the bed and bathroom are super clean and comfortable. The superior room is also very spacious and comfortable.

Love this place and always come back here once or twice annually. I would recommend this stay at the old quarter if you want accessibility and yet comfort.

Really nice hotel would definitely stay here again

Reception staff often didnt acknowledge you as you walked past which is odd for Vietnam service standards.

Really the best hotel to spend a night or two in Hanoi.
Ruby was the best help and also arrangere transfer to/from airport and was so helpful om whats App. The breakfast was amazing and the room - we had a junior suite - was spacius, clean and just so nice

Very nice hotel with great location and lovely rooftop bar. Breakfast good but more vegetarian options would have been nice. Room a bit small albeit very clean. Hotel staff very reaponsive

Amazing hotel and service. I highly recommend!!

Everything was outstanding and satisfactory. Staff are so kind to help us with what we need. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially breakfast was the best, there are various foods and so many choices they offer. Very very delicious. They even let us use the shower room after checkout due to our night flight. We absolutely will stay this hotel next time we will visit Hanoi!

The window was facing construction. Lots of hacking and hammering were heard as early as 7am. Certainly not good for business traveller due to the poor sleep quailty.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Le Siesta Premium Hang Be. The hotel is a charming oasis of calm and old world charm, located in the old quarter of Hanoi. We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful Linh Pham who did everything possible to make our stay fantastic. Our room (the penhouse suite) was very nice. Breakfast was great - in the hotel restaurant which is very charming and has a great view, and the rooftop bar has an amazing view of the city and sunset and a great happy hour. I enjoyed a lovel afternoon in the hotel spa, a little more expensive than the street spas but absolutely worth it. Overall we highly recommend this lovely property!
