Fantastic - highly recommended. Delicious breakfast. Loved waking up to ocean views.

Highly recommend the hotel for location staff and facilities

Everything was great, beautiful gardens, all well maintained. Lovely staff. Quiet throughout corridors to rooms. No early cleaning noise. Just lovely. However just a few things could be a bit better. Pancake station at breakfast instead of getting cold pancakes that have been sat there ages. Also happy hour wasnt that great. 5-7? everyone had gone by then and also not much for happy hour, no beers, just a selection of cocktails and smoothies, i think, at only 30% off. Most hotels do 50% or buy when get one free. Our room was always freezing cold??

Room was lovely, cleaned to a high standard every day. All the staff were really helpful, they can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Hotel is ima. Great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Pool is unbelievably big and with a depth of 1.6 all of it with swim up bar!

Clean room, amazing staff, great breakfast and swim up bar. Perfect location.

Everything was great overall. The only area for improvement would be the bathroom — the toilet felt quite old, and the bath curtain and towels didn’t appear clean and had some marks on them.

Had the BEST experience. My room was above exceptional and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay extraordinary. Will be coming back. 10/10

Overall we enjoyed our 6 night stay. The staff were excellent and the rooms clean, the only reason I didnt rate the property as a 5 was that the decor in the room was getting tired and the room safe didnt lock. The location was excellent with a large shopping centre any a couple of hundred meters away. Also outside the resort there are so many eateries it was amazing, highly recommend the Bamboo. Would stay here again.

Loved the staff. Good gym, great breakfast.
