Best hotel in Milan i believe! Best location and great people and breakfast and room!

O

Everything was terrible from check in where we were sent to some horror film looking room up 3 flights of stairs to a desk manager who obviously sent us there after our original room was not available, and I could not understand the ineptitude, though I was always polite.

The place smells and the hallway carpets are dirty and stained, there was even dog feces in the hallway
The room bedsheets had curly pubic hair in them . The bathroom floor had dried urine around the toilet.

The bathtub had dirt in it and was clogged
It took 5 minutes for the water to drain

This room was so dirty that we peeled off the top sheets and slot with our clothes on

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel

Nice hotel, well situated close to the Duomo. Would stay there again!

The location is perfect. The service is very good, even though the hotel is always busy.
The breakfast and the cream-filled croissant are my favorites.
The bar has a nice ambiance. I wouldnt choose anywhere else.
Thank you.

The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired.

The location couldnt be better. The rooms were great. The staff was amazing, very caring with my daughters. Their gym is small but efficient. Lovely hotel and I certainly would like to stay there again.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Walking distance to the Duomo and the Galleria. Highly recommend

The hotel’s location is excellent, central to everything in the heart of the city by the Duomo. The interiors are very calming and very little city noice can be heard inside.
We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was grand in size and luxury.

The location just behind the Duomo was completely ideal. The room was very comfortable and they made the room up twice a day with chocolates at night. I really enjoyed the bar area for a glass of prosecco in the evening and cappuccino in the morning. The people are a little bristly but that’s Milan in general.
